1. Customers will not be allowed to enter our Houston office. If you would like to order parts please do so using our on-line parts store. If you are in the Houston or San Antonio market you will have a flat rate delivery charge of $6.00 for normal stocking items. If you are outside of those markets you will be charged standard shipping rates.
    

2. Since we will not allow customers in our office we will only be accepting credit cards for parts purchases. We will not accept cash or business checks for the time being. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.
    

3. While our service technicians are diagnosing/servicing your equipment please stay at least 8 ft from them. This will allow our techs to remain as safe as possible.
    

4. If any employee shows any sign of illness we will not allow him/her to interact with any of our customers.
